That is stunning, very nice choice. The Arctic Blue looks amazing there, really a pure kind of color... the quintessential Jedi saber pretty much.

Point for the shock le being your first, it is a great hilt in fact the shock LE is by far one of my most favorite saber hilts that I own. Also the Arctic Blue looks amazing with it.

It's a Ultra Edge Mid Grade, not a Ultra Edge Heavy Grade.
I would describe it as a sky blue with a touch of silver. I couldn't find a picture that comes close to the true color. But it's a very beautiful color.
