The Two Brightest colours are Guardian Blue, and Consular Green. Though I do believe Amethyst would be brighter.

i have had red blue green but not arctic blue or amethyst and i thought it would be but i didnt know

A good question Darth.  What is best?  Some would say crushing your enemies, perhaps seeing them driven before you, all to the lamintations of their women.  Others would argue electrocuting the son of your VP in front of him. 

Personally I say Blazing Red is best.  Until US makes a blood red:)
