Actually yes, it does. I only have it on one end to make it more accurate to the prop in the movie. It also is my cheat for using the QRC. I have it set up to always pull towards the cover tech wheel to come apart. As a staff it's never in the way, but as two hilts the cover tech is definitely right there if you're holding it under the crown. It doesn't bother me, but I imagine it could bother others, especially if you only had the single hilt.

Gorgeous saber and great pic Zren! You're so right DA! Inspired adaptation GW! That REALLY makes an awesome saber stand  Nice. I've got a floor model that holds my katana and wakizashi set. What kind of Katana and Wakizshi do you own. Pics would be appreciated. Did you, or do you study any traditional Japanese sword arts? I used to train in Kenjutsu. Particularly Iaido. |

These are just "hero" a prop set although well made nevertheless And once upon a time I used to practice Iaido but haven't in...quite some time; although I have a cousin who IS still in practice and has incredible form... Although he did accidentally cut himself during one of his practices (needed a few stitches  ). Anyhow: here's a quick shot (I'll try to be some more pics later ):  I don't think I posted this one.
