Hi. That's unfortunate. Since this is the Forum... the only direction you must take is to contact Ultrasabers via email. You will have to provide your purchase order # located at the top right side, details regarding how the wires became separated and finally a few clear photos that show the problem from a few angles if possible.

Hope your saber gets repaired soon. Ultrasabers will let you know if this falls under warranty and provide further instructions related to mailing your saber back to them.
