GO SCOTLAND!!!
Not that I have anything against Wales really, but I've got a big chunk of Scotish ancestry, so I'm rooting for them.
Now, if ya'll could figure out a way to combine Rugby and Cricket, that would be interesting.
Current score Scot 19 Wal 13. 30 mins left of the second half. Why would anyone want to combine rugby and cricket? Although Gaelic Hurling would probably be the outcome of a lovechild of the two. |

26 - 13 right now .... Scotland makes a very good 2nd Half  Very true. However, one thing we know about France is that they can either be free-flwoing genius or woefully bad. This current team is playing really well right now, so might surprise Ireland.

I fail to see how much violence cricket would bring to the table. But if you haven't already, check out Gaelic Hurling. And also Aussie Rules Football. Both are VERY violent and awesome to watch. 29-13 now and with 6 mins left I am struggling to see how Wales can comebsck now. It's not impossible or unheard of, but odds are this is now Scotland's game. |

Oh I love Aussie Rules Football. I only get to see it rarely, and that's usually at about 4am my time, but I catch it when I can. And I cannot imagine how giving Rugby players Cricket bats could lead to anything but violence. Or paddling in the scrum, but that's a whole different kind of "game" |

For refereeing; consistency and fairness. I've never known Nigel to make a bad decision or have a bad game. He is respected around the world, especially by all the "big" major powers in rugby. He is one of the few European referees to be ever be invited to referee games in Australia (national stuff) which is a huge deal in rugby terms. And generally, he is the standard to which all other referees aspire to. I read that his refereeing style is studied by newcomers to refereeing in the sport and he has met with refereeing governing boards in other sports to see what they can learn from him to improve their own referees. |
