Just for fun - I tried combining the 2 Sith-iest UltraSabers in this Galaxy & beyond. Here is the result: It looks kinda cool, but wow; it's really long for a single blade saber. This is definitely a 2-handed saber! |

I'll have to measure it tonight after work and will let you know how long it actually is.
As far as removing the Scorpion emitter - you just need a long sae hex wrench to take out the 2 screws holding the claw on from the inside off.
After that - it's an easy unscrew like any other MHS.

What's the length of that turn out to be?
From Claw to Pommel it's 19.5". I would estimate about 2.5" from the claws (forgot to actually measure that) so it's roughly 17" without claws. Nice and sinister, would love to see it lit up.

Good idea. Only thing is the widths didn't line up quite as well as I thought they would. |
