Galactic Basic is English.

If you are talking about the font, rather the Alphabet used in the common Star Wars universe, look up Aurebesh font. You can download it to you computer. Aurebesh just replaces the letters we have in the English-Roman alphabet.

Yup, I have the setting on my computer as well. It's awesome, though the amount of others who can read Aurebesh is low.
