Here's my first custom blade plug. Just finished it last night. It was inspired by another custom plug I saw on the Internet somewhere, where the builder was making plugs that resembled jet engines. I don't remember who it was or where I saw it, but whoever hat was definitely inspired my design.    The plug is made up of the end of a pen for the cone, the disk is from the innards of a hard drive, and the head from a razor. The plug sits above the ring of the emitter and this is by design. A couple of months ago one of the standard plugs got stuck in the emitter and I had to drill it out to remove it. This fixes that issue. More pictures can be found here. One question what did you use to secure all parts Togather
Gorilla glue. The razor head is glued to the top of the tube. The disk is glued on top of that, but the razor head just barely sits on the edge of the tube so the disk is actually glued to both the razor head and the tube. The code is glued to the razor head. |

What kind if parts did you use? If looks like you did some kit bashing.
Maby a hub cap from a model car and some clock work gears.

Looks like he used a chunk cut from a leftover blade (or perhaps blade plug), an electric shaver head, and part of a model car. |
