To change to English, select a body type to go to the creation page. Toward the top of the page you will find a (tiny) menu bar. There, you may click on the small, round icon labeled IDIOMA (it is patterned like the U.S. flag) to change to English. The tool is pretty intuitive, even in Portuguese. It offers a lot of nice options.
