I'm getting my neice and nephew stunt sabers for Christmas. From some questions and them playing with my collection I'm leaning towards Dark Initiates, his in Consular Green and hers in Violet Amethyst.

He's already brainstorming on how to add some griptape and customize it so it won't slip in his hand. He wants to do some weathering too on the exposed metal... He's already being more brave than me with his saber... lol
He spent the night over last night and we were working on some orbits and the first Shii-Cho trajectory.

I really hope they like them.

Kal-El just said it so great. Congrats on the sabers. I enjoy my Guardian. In fact by using the choke on my pommel and inverting my brothers Prophecy pommel I was able to make a Prophian staff. Here's the link to the actual post

Ya I have a Guardian already too, but I love the nickel plating so much it's going to be like two different sabers. I bought a vented coupler as well, I'm going possibly do what blue suggested and use that as a spacer between the body and the emitter or couple up my guardians. Probably do that once anyways just for pictures!!!
I'm only 5'10 and a Guardian Staff would be a beast for me to try and wield!! Time to start watching for the email and tracking it hehe!!!

I'm only 5'9 but I would think that a 5'6"-5'8" saber wouldn't be to bad. This is estimated with initiate blades of course.

After a minor shipping snafu my sabers are finally at my place now and I have 45 minutes more at work and I cannot get on my bike fast enough to race home and break open box like a fiend!!!

I know that feeling. couldn't choose between the Consular and the Guardian so I ordered both too.

I have to say though, every picture I see of a Guardian looks damned awesome. it's a really nice looking saber, and I commend you on your taste.

Ya with the 30inch blades on it the guardian staff is a beast. I really like that the buttons are not lined up (by that I mean on the same side) they are almost directly opposite one another.

I borrowed an idea from blue with the vented coupler and put that on my Archon. Between the body and emitter. It looks sexy that way!!!

Some more time playing with the emerald driver though... I can't get the lockup speed to change so I'm not sure if the sound card governs that still or the emerald. I'll trying and figure out how to get video up of the Guardian staff soon!
