Do you lose much calories, water, and sugar with the forms I know sparring you can relatively burn more calories when you spar a lot but what about the forms? I've been doing mixture of stretches upper and lower body workouts like squats sit ups push ups then forms. So is the forms good for calorie burn?
Exercise can contribute to weight loss, changing eating habits is another part of the equation.

One thing I am pretty sure he's going to say is to stop the sit ups. They can cause back problems and there are much more effective exercises for "core work" that provide more comprehensive results.
