2 full months of nothing. I sent another email yesterday after seeing that they were answering emails but nothing yet. This is my second order, I got my first in about a month but it's almost certainly my last. All I needed them to do was let me know what was going on. It's a toy, I've paid more for stuff that took way longer to appear, but not stuff that went dark for two months after the expected due date. This is ridiculous.

I finally got somewhere!  I heard from Laura (she was super helpful) and it seems the issue was the Dark Apprentice LE v5 hilt I ordered was what was holding everything up.  She offered a trade for an Apprentice LE v5 and I took the switch.  I got shipment notification on Thursday (7/9) and they should be here Sunday!  The other hilt I ordered was the Initiate LE v5.

This is really interesting as I ordered three sabers; two apprentice v5s and one dark apprentice LE v5. I ordered and have been waiting since mid April for any news and nothing so far. I did write an email that hasn't gotten a response yet but that was in the beginning of the week after the holiday weekend. Maybe, just maybe I can get this cleared up in the way it was for you and I can get my order in sometime soon. That would be very cool.

I’ll be honest. I’m digging the hilt. While the Dark Initiate is wicked cool, the Sentinel has got a great weight and I’ve never spun a baton let alone a saber, and this thing just feels comfortable in the hand. Hard to put it down tonight. 😎

Still waiting on my prophecy v3 order from may 7th. I understand I ordered right after may the 4th, Star Wars day, and I get COVID hit. But I’m aggravated that no emails have been returned, no mass email to their subscribed email list addressing the concerns and updating wait times. This is my first saber and have been excited. But needless to say I’m very disappointed in the customer service. Most companies would offer some kind of compensation of some kind and I can’t even contact anyone about an ETA. I work for a home improvement warehouse, and if we had customer service like this we would be shut down. Unless something is done ASAP on my order I can honestly say I will have to go with another company for any future purchases, which is a damn shame. Maybe I’ll get luck and someone important will see this and light a fire under someone’s ass.....

 Lots of  important people will and have seen your post!  Unfortunately, none of us works for Ultrasabers.

 So welcome to the forum and what kind of saber did you get? If it is a saber with customizable sound like V3, V4 or Diamond, you should be looking through the obsidian  order part of the forum!
 I'm one of the people that makes sound fonts. I sometimes take requests! Just saying.

While I am happy that you got what you wanted, this kinda irriates me. I am 10 weeks in on the Phantom Initiate V4. Which is just two Initiate V4s. And since you got the Black A/V switch as well it does narrow down what is holding that hilt. Either Tri-AS LEDs, AAA battery holders or Dark Catalyst pommels.

I know my Dominicide  (currently waiting 8 and 1/2 weeks) will be out of stock for several more weeks...

I hope my things get shipped soon. I heard Texas is on the verge of shutting down again.

All in all, I am very disappointed. I was a long time, returning customer....

To those of you who have been waiting 8, 9, 10 weeks and beyond with no replies to your emails, all I can say is hang in there.  I'm not trying to needle you or be sarcastic.   It must be irritating as hell to hear our good news with no news at all coming your way, and it's totally understandable.  But believe me, there are people on the other end of the line over there; I've been fortunate every time I've contacted them with some questions to get prompt replies, and six weeks after my order was placed, I was told yesterday that I should be getting my Golden Ticket email in a couple of days.

Be persistent, be patient, and above all, be civil.  I honestly wish you giys the best of luck.

Sent an email checking on the Dominix that I ordered for my brother as a Christmas gift....even though it'll only have been 3 weeks this coming Tuesday, my curiosity got the better of me and I did admit that in the email.   Just want to make sure things are on track and there are no unfixable problems.

And, I'll admit I'm curious to see if my Good Juju holds out a little further.    

EDIT:  I did not email Nichole about this one; since it was a separate order and question, I emailed the [email protected] address.  We'll see what happens.
