I am absolutely in shock. I have no idea how, but I just got my shipping notice for the Crimson Scorpion with V4 sound that I ordered 4 DAYS ago.
Simply flabbergasted! But I think it proves that most of the delays have to be related to shortages. Or that I'm just insanely lucky, which is possible.
I'm still waiting on a stunt RGB Aeon v2 from 5/18.
So if what you order is in stock, it seems that they are caught up enough to get it out pretty quickly.
But if something about your order has to be machined, it goes in a long line of other orders that also have to be machined or waiting on a part

After a lot of frustration, I finally heard back from Laura regarding an order I placed for the Yari Pike - Silver Finish on May 14th. It's been on back order, but Laura took it upon herself to set aside the Yari Pike - Black finish in case I wanted to switch. When I asked her if she could, she said she changed my order and even hand delivered both the order page and the Pike itself to the shipping department to get it out ASAP. I must say, that is an outstanding turnaround!

A little luck never hurt anybody, right? Happy to hear of your good news. Come Monday, it'll have been 4 weeks - roughly one month - since I placed the large order (5 sabers with the 4 freebies) and Tuesday it'll have been one week since I placed the solo order. I figure I give the big order another couple of weeks and then I'll send a friendly inquiry, "I know you guys are slammed, I'm just checking." Maybe both orders will ship at the same time.....wouldn't that be something? |

I'm having similar problems, so it's helpful knowing there's a larger trend. I did receive an email on Tuesday acknowledging the delay in my order of May 14. It said to give them 1-2 days, but no updates since.
