I am both excited and dreading today.

My Saber order should arrive today.

The dread comes from the fact that despite emailing them more then 7 times over the last month, they shipped it to my old address. I had a falling out with my old landlord when I moved out, despite having a month to month lease and he does not want me on the property due to me "betraying him" so unless I can intercept the FedEx delivery out front it may be a real problem for me.

I do not trust him at all once the package is on his property. I tried to have the package held at a FedEx location for pickup, but I guess Ultrasabers does not allow it.

I am really nervous i will be unable to get my order.

Should you be worried? I mean, it clearly doesn't fit in a mailbox. And I think they can't deliver it to someone without ID? But I get your problem... Is there anyone trustworthy there?

I have been trying to contact customer service to get a status update and to change the shipping address but I have gotten no response. I have tried emaiing them multiple times and sending them a dm on facebook. I am really concerned that I am being scammed because my friend has purchased and recieved 2 lightsabers within a week while I am still waiting to hear about my order. I am posting to ask for advice on what to do in this situation. I am considering canceling my order but if I do that I lose $88. I'd like to hear your guys' thoughts.

I doubt you are being scammed. If you received an email confirming your oder, I'd say it will arrive eventually.
They have stock issues on some items, so if your oder is impacted, it might explain the lead time.
They were kinda slow to answer emails but some of us (not me though) have been lucky those last days. So you could try sending another email to [email protected] with your order number in the object line.

Something else that might be worth a shot, try emailing them from a different email address if you have more than one.  For example, instead of the email you used to purchase the order, use the one you registered here with, if they're different.

The reason I say that is, they had a huge problem with their email server back in late May (all the emails they had received up to May 25 were wiped out) and someone here either had a theory, or had heard something about some emails not getting through the phishing safeguards, depending on what type of email address it is.

It's worth a shot, at least, right?  Just remember to include your order number in the subject heading.   And be patient; I'm one of the ones who has been lucky to get replies, so there are people on the other end.  Hang in there, and let us know how you make out. We enjoy hearing good news.

Scam i dont think so. if US was a scam why would it ship out a lot of sabers as shown on this board. would they just randomly choose an order not to fill NO. Its an inventory issue, yes their communication area needs work most here would agree there. contact them at the address previously shown give it time say a week ot so and try again

Do we know which providers work and which do not? I tried with hotmail.com no answer. And with gmail.com. No answer either so far.

I use gmail and nothing until i had my wife use her yahoo then i got answer at my gmail

No idea.  It was just speculation on my part to begin with, I just thought it was worth a shot.

Any answer I've received was to and sent from my Gmail. So I dont think email providers are a factor.

As for being scammed. Not at all. Just a victim of unusually long wait times due to a number of factors none of us really know 100%. We are all just speculating at this point unless otherwise stated by US. Ive been told by Laura all of this is due to social distancing and limited staffing caused by it. Shipments aren't coming as frequently or in as high quantity. Your best bet is to just try to be patient a little longer. 8-10 weeks seems to be about the normal wait time. Unless its for the fallen. Then maybe a bit longer. Just keep the faith and as always, may the force be with you.

LOL....oh, I can imagine the struggle!

I gotta be honest though, when you said the shipling box had seen better days, I was picturing it looking a lot worse than that.  Yeah, there are a few creases and I think i see a small hole, but not too bad overall.  I think your sabers will be just fine. 

Well.. when you can bend the box into an arc, you get a little concerned. 🤣
