I ordered an apprentice staff on the 27th of April and they just sent me that it should be here by Tuesday the 28th of may
That's both encouraging and disheartening for me. Encouraging because my Apprentice staff was ordered 5/5, so just a week after yours. Disheartening because my Phantom initiate staff was ordered 4/26, so if yours was after mine but is complete it might mean something is delaying my order. We'll see I guess. I'm gonna keep to my plan of waiting until both orders are at 4 weeks before emailing them. That way it will be more than a status email but also a request to have them shipped together - |

Sabers were estimated to arrive Saturday but no such luck. Dang snail mail. Hopefully Sunday is the day..

First Saber...Apprentice LE v5, Fire Orange. Just stunt config, until I know I'm hooked. How are you all dealing with that existential dread that comes from waiting on these? I really, really should have taken into consideration just how impatient I am  |

@AustinChaos22, Greetings i to am awaiting my first saber and trust me clicking the order status button every 10 minutes or opening the front door every time you hear a noise ... not that i do these things. So for now read the threads, watch vids, and check out the various art work until yours arrives

I ordered 2 $75 mystery box sabers. I've been itching to have a saber for years. But with my soon to be 10 y/o son asking for duels regularly with our "toy" sabers, I decided to take the plunge on getting some true sabers with HG blades as a surprise. If they come by June 15th, he'll get to open the box and pick his birthday present. I'm not sure what is worse...waiting for the shipping notification or knowing that if they ship soon, I won't be able to open them for a few week.

Keep the faith, friend. If you ordered them, they will come. lol. Seriously, I feel you. I have been a customer of US for 4+ years and this is the longest I have ever waited for a saber but I know it will be worth it when both my orders come in. |

WooHoo! Just got my shipping confirmation on my 5/5 order.
"A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one"
Still processing on my 4/26 order, which is odd because they are both stunt staffs. They only major difference was the older order has Liion batteries.
Did anyone else get the customer service issue email?
It seems an error made by a "former" lead CSR caused them to not get any emails from before 5/25.
So if you emailed them in the past month with no reply, that's why.
