Well I made a topic about my lightsaber giving sound but no color and I think someone deleted it.


I was just wondering if it's possible if the moderator could move it to a more appropriate section of the forums?

or at least some communication about the deletion. I understand this isn't a customer service forum, but the other members here are pretty damned knowledgeable and can help out without having to bother the staff at UltraSabers.

Have you emailed shipping@ultrasabers ? If so they should respond soon. Also the whole make sure batteries are charged and wires are not pulled or anything. Bad solder in led connection somewhere perhaps?
