Aluminum, Copper, Brass or thin metal ring pieces

Hey All,

I am not sure what to search for, what it would be called or were to look locally besides maybe a hardware store? I am looking for a ring type piece, not really a clamp with a Internal Diameter just big enough to slide over US hilts and have enough space to use double sided tape to attach it to the hilt.  I am thinking about a 1/2 inch to 3/4 in length and a about 1/16 in thickness. Any guidance?

You can buy a shroud crib TCSS, they come in aluminum but they can coat them. They have a ton of colors.
