Two Noob Questions

Hey all,

Got my first Ultra Saber and have a couple questions. I tried the search function but it never gave me any results so... if I'm doubling up here, I apologize.

1. I want to change sound fonts on my Scorpion. According to the paper US sent with my saber, this will also change the color of the saber? Also, it says "...perform two quarter turn rotations while your saber is on." Two quarter turns of what? What am I turning? The "on" button? The saber itself? I'm very confused.

2. Where is the "Launcher" for my Diamond Controller? The paper just tells me to go to the forum.
