just got my saber yesterday. Have the new Emerald LED driver and Obsidian sound board. Everything is up to date but I cannot "test" the new colors.  I can move the sliders back n forth, I can change and save the color schemes n such, but the "test pulse" buttons are grayed out meaning I cant click on them to see what the color looks like on my saber. I tried deleting and reinstalling the program,  double and even triple checked that i have the latest versions. tried unplugging and plugging the usb no effect...
I REALLY dont want to send this back. Granted, it was supposed to have a pointed tip and it doesnt but I can live with it.  Im not PC literate so I am at a loss as to what I should do

This isn't meant as an insult, but do you really use the USB port of the Driver? You cannot change the Driver's settings when you plugged in the sound board and vice versa.

You should have two USB ports, one near the speaker (which is the Obsidian Sound board) and one near the other end (which is the Emerald Driver). You may have to pull the pack out a bit more to see it.

If you're using the right port, which one do you use on your PC? USB 3 or USB 2? I recommend using USB 2 only, since USB 3 idoesn't hande the boards correctly.
