I have to say I was overwhelming pleased with US's customer service. I had to reach out twice - once a general question and another to correct an order I made. They were prompt, very friendly, and fixed my problems! Seriously. The three sabers I own are awesome in their own right but customer service like that is what makes me a loyal customer! Thanks US and looking forward to continuing to do business with you!

I think my next step is building a stunt saber from scratch. Then adding sound down the road. Can't wait!
