Question about the Spring Raffle

I'm new to the saberforum, and there is a spring raffle currently going on an im just wondering if the spring raffle code only works if the product I am buying is over $250 or if the total cost of my purchase is $250.

I never won anything in my life lol so this is my chance, but 250 bucks is really too high for me. Also because the shipping is about $20 at the least...

it's the total cost of your purchase, excluding shipping.

Case in point for me I ordered a Dominix LE v4, a Dark Initiate v4, a coupler and a couple of blades to bring it up to just over $250, before shipping.
