So i'm looking into purchasing my first ultrasaber (or any saber for that matter) and ive decided on pretty much everything i want for it.
Phantom V2 (LE) with double RGB ultraedge blades, but this is where i run into a problem, i have no idea what blade length would be suitable for me.
i am roughly 5"10-5"11, i was thinking of the 32" blades but i dont know how long they will be whilst in the hilt or the full length of hilt and blade together, i also am unsure whether the blades will be an adequate size for single/dual wielding.

ok, if its not too much hassle could you give me some length measurements for the blade length in the hilt and the whole thing, and do you have the full length hilt

I'm not at home right now but I would have to say it's about 7 ft all together, each saber with blade is about 41" roughly, I will take exact measurments this evening should you need .

Each hilt of the staff is a Dominix v2 LE, so put together the staff hilt is about 2 ft.  If you get the 32" blades you really have 30" of blade length per side (since some of the blade is inside the hilt) so that's 30 + 30 + 24 = 84" total.

I always recommend the 32" blades for staves, unless you have a specific preference otherwise.  It's a little long for a real staff, but it works nicely for saberstaves.  To give you an idea, Master Artorius Vidnyl is 5'9" while I'm 6'2", and we BOTH use the 32" blades for our staves.  Since you fall nicely in the middle, you should be fine with them as well.

With your height I would recommend getting initiates. I'm 5'7'' and the long blades are just too long. The length of the staff hilts really helps to balance out the loss of reach by giving you more room to move your hands around.

One other Idea; using the info provided by Nero and Kham, go get some wood dowels at a home improvement store.  Put them together for the appropriate lengths and weild away.  What ever feels the most comfortable, go with that.  BTW, even if after possibly getting the 32 inch blades, you can cut down to the length that you like.

If you get the 32's, you should be fine. It's personal preference, but that's a decent sized saber.

The thing is you can always cut them down, but you can't lengthen them.  My advice stands - go for the 32" and if they're too long, you can cut em shorter!  Pretty safe deal there!
