So, I accessed my US account to check the status of my order and it said I had no orders pending, but I have a conformation email saying my order went through. Is it too early in the fabrication process for my order to show up or is this a genuine error? Any help would be appreciated!

You really just have to contact US on this one as the Forum does not deal with anything related to the actual purchase of a saber or parts.  We would just be guessing based on some previous experience.  Please provide as much info as you can to them.  Contact at  [email protected] .  Expect to wait for at least a few days prior to receiving an emailed reply.   Smiley

Dude same thing happened to me and when they got back to me they said my order had been canceled so i had to re do it. I did it through paypal and somewhere something went wrong but i re ordered it and now it says status READY TO SHIP

Just to give a quick update. I was contacted by Corey from Ultra Sabers and he said my account never went through when I made my order so using my email address, he tracked down my order and fixed my account. I can finally see the status of my order! I'm already impressed by the customer service here and am even more excited for my saber!!
