Well if you have a 40" blade, it might turn into a pretty good work out depending on how quickly you can whip that thing around.

A friend of mine has the Raven with a 40" blade and it's certainly a handful, the extra weight really make dueling with it pretty great. Though dueling against it is... More difficult if you have something of a smaller size like I do.

imagine that: lightsaber spinning as an exercise routine. that'd be fun

It's loads of fun.

Any time I want to swing my saber around I make a work out of it. By the time I'm finished I'm sweating, panting and my arms are sore and I feel incredible.
