I have already pepped out and fiberglassed the main helmet made the horns out of foam will need to fiberglass over them then attach then alto of bondo and sanding.  but here is the  upper body costume design  I am going to sculpt the armor peices make molds and cast with rondo then fibreglass.

This looks sick!  If the final costume comes out looking half as neat as this design does, I'll be very impressed.  What saber were you planning to use with it?

two katana built sabers will go onto belt then I built a another katana saber out of an initiate V2 so it will have 2 saber on the belt but they will be katana sabers to go with costume. Then the initiate katana will be the main saber i use.  I will post some pics of the helmet where it is at now plus the sabers I will be using.  This will be a long costume build i want to retrofit the helmet with a real time voice changer once it is painted and viser put in.  Alot of work so this will be a slow ging thread but I will be postin updates
