Okay so I am charging my batteries for the first time and one of them isn't charging, the light for that slot stays green. they did come in the saber and had some juice in them after i unwrapped it from the bubblewrap. To get it to kind of charge, i need to seat it in the charger a sort of sideways angle but it still barely shows the indicator. do i have a dead cell? and the saber doesnt power on when i put them in the battery slots. any help is much appreciated Smiley

Make sure the batteries are in the charger correctly, that should work.

Try moving the one on the left to the slot on the right and then inserting the other one.  I have some snobbish trustfires that will only charge in certain slots.  Don't know why but this works for me sometimes.

This. I have had the same thing happen. I also have two chargers and sometimes swapping chargers works as well.

Otherwise there is a possibility that you have a dead battery. If it continues to only show green, and you put both that one and its charged buddy into your lightsaber and it doesn't power up there's a good chance its dead.

Thanks for all the help guys. I found out that I have one dead cell, so I'm running on (this weird setup) one TrustFire and one rechargeable AA bettery. Don't ask me how this works, cuz I have no idea but it does. I have already ordered more batteries (from Amazon) and contacted US about my issue.

Lesson learned: DON"T PLAY WITH THE SABER IMMEDIATELY WHEN YOU OPEN IT. CHARGE THE BATTERIES!!!

It's curious that it actually works. However, I wouldn't run that setup for long. Mixing batteries in an electronic device is never a good idea Wink
