Hi, I'd like to buy a Standard issue battle saber v3 with a blade plug. as this hilt, has an emitter cut diagonally at the end, i'd like to know if the blade plug can be put into the saber with it's full length? in other words if I put the plug in, how deep it goes, will it be visible from the side view? also what's the total length of the hilt?

I have a SI and the blade plug goes in just fine. It sits so that about a 1/4 inch of the side is visible at the short end of the diagonal cut...if that makes sense.  In other words...you get a little bit of the side of the blade plug showing. I thought about cutting the plug down about a 1/4 inch but then decided it was not worth the effort.

The SI is a great saber.  Very much under rated.  Nice feel, nice balance, lots of room to modify or customize. You will not be disappointed.

The SI is nice, but the Prophecy is an awesome saber.  I would definately go for that, but that's just me.  Wink

I have a dark SI with vertical grooves and it is a nice saber. the plug fits in there just fine so there shouldn't be any concerns

it's definitely a good saber to get you won't be disappointed with it.
