So I've been working on this on and off, and some of this stuff isn't exactly from the TPLA curriculum. It's a synthesis of several tools I've been using as training drills for the different arts I practice.

First, some guard transition drills I've been devising for my personal training. You'll notice there's not much spinning, but IMO the mindset is pretty much Soresu:

And here's some free form using the circle. You'll notice that there are bits and pieces of techniques from TPLA Forms I-IV; it's pretty much whatever instinctively came out. This is my "moving Zen" after a long day in med school.

That was, interesting to say the least.
I'm a big fan of Soresu, And I liked the Makashi-esque elements in there. I feel like Soresu is a very forgiving form, so it isn't too bad to add in elements of I-IV. Overall, nice, man Smiley

Thanks, the "free form" was more a rough-rough draft, the idea was to be able to string several combinations of techniques (in a sequence that makes sense) in succession against multiple attackers. I'm partly using the circle as a stepping stone to training in Shien and also to consolidate all the techniques I have to train due to limited space and time.
