Just thought I'd play around with my camera and costume tonight, also see how the batteries in my grab bag Dominix LE are holding up (not changed since the new set I put in when I got it!)

I used settings to keep too much light from emitting from the saber. The camera settings I used were ISO 800, Aperture at f/22 and Shutter Speed at 1/10 seconds. That made it dark enough to cut out the white core effect from the saber in order for it to show the true color.

I kinda know what you mean, but I'm not very technical and don't have a proper camera.

If you can adjust the ISO on your cam you can play around a little and see if it helps
