Does anyone have a comparison between SRD, AB, and EG?

Pretty much the only way to tell the difference between a color like SRD and a color like EG is to own one. I don't have EG, but I can deduce what it looks like based on what I know SRD looks like. I have SRD, and as my sig shows I've photoed it. I know the difference between the photo and the real thing, and can apply that difference to the pics I've seen of EG to judge how much bluer the camera makes it than it actually is.

Of course again, if you haven't seen SRD in person, that doesn't do much good for you. In otherwords, I need to get me an EG saber so I can check this comparison out in person. lol

Do you have quick disconnects? Those sure save a lot of money!

I have a SRD, but I am still unsure of what the freaking color def is. Husband has looked at my saber color vs the image of EG and says SRD is just EG with a shade of blue.

It is hard to tell, but that sounds like a good explanation.  We're really just talking about a difference in resistor values for the blue die, so it's just gonna be a subtle change in the color mix.  From what I understand (and based on what I have with my Lux V), EG falls pretty evenly between SRD and CG.

Quick question:

I've noticed that my SRD saber with 4AAA setup is a different shade (more green) than my SRD saber with Li-Ion w/ Buckpuck and FoC. Is the shade difference due to the batteries (maybe more power? I don't know, haha) or due to the different RGB LED being used to have FoC?

That's actually very plausible, PeDDeR. My EG saber has Li-Ion w/ Buckpuck and AS FoC so that might have something to do with it. Either way, it's still my emerald green.

My Bane's Heart does that, in a Standard Setup it looks really really PINK, in my saber with sound and Li-on w/buck it looks kinda pinky/red

Its because the Standard Setup with the AAA's doesn't have to split the power from only 2 AA's to both soundboard and LED. So sabers with out sound are going to have brighter LEDs no matter how you cut it.
