Can an Initiate V2 can be attached to a Yari extension. If they cannot be attached what is different with how they attach that prevents this.

Sadly, they cannot be, as the V2 pommels are too small to attach to the V3 design of the Yari pike. There is no adapter for V2/V3 models that I am aware of.
