Quick Disconnect in Dark Warglaive

Hey, I recently received my first ultrasaber. It is the Dark Warglaive. It is sound enabled and has the quick disconnect, FOC features, and light-up button. It is blazing red with Adegan Silver FOC.

When I first got it, the flash just made the color of the saber just kind of pink rather than flashing to silver as if the silver and red were combining. I charged the batteries recently because one of them died. Once they were charged I put them back in the battery pack in the hilt. Now FOC no longer works at all.

I wanted to see if it possible had been disconnected from the MLS module, but I absolutely cannot get the MLS module out of the hilt. I have tried everything except using pointy objects to try and dislodge it. It just seems to be stuck as if glued. There are tiny clear-ish / white particles on the surrounding edges of the MLS module which gives me the thought that it might actually be glue. Not really sure what else to do.

Can anyone help, please?

Have you tried contacting Ultrasabers directly?  If you email [email protected], that will put you in contact with the primary sabersmith, and he should be able to point you in the right direction.

Haven't tried contacting them directly yet. Was going to see if anyone else had this same issue and see what they could tell me. Thanks though!

After much poking and prodding for a few hours, it finally came out. Both of the wires are connected properly it seems, but the FoC still doesn't work. It doesn't change colors at all, not even to the pink as it did for the first few minutes. Not sure if the FoC wiring is faulty or what. Anyone know what I could do? If I can't get this to working soon, I'm going to contact the Ultrasabers crew and see what they can do.
