Hi I just got my first savior saber ..the silver circular casing around the  on/off button is loose I’m wondering now to tighten this ? The button itself is not loose and works fine

This is common because its just held in place by the switch which is glued in from the inside. It doesn't hurt anything. If at bothers you alot then maybe a drop of glue carefully applied and allowed to seep in at the edge of the ring will stop it. I wouldn't bother it though as that could get messy.
