Im a huge fan of the the Dark Saber from the Clones Wars, does ultrasabers ever plan to make their own?

I've been trying to jerryrig one but I'm definitely no metal worker   Grin

It would be pretty sweet, but I have my doubts because of the radical change in design from a normal saber. The hilt isn't really an issue, but the blade would need a bit of design work seeing as it's not a tube.

Welcome to the forum Phil.  As far as I can tell, no one makes a true Dark blade as of yet but here are some DIYs for the Dark blade.

Pretty much, the easiest and cheapest thing to do is to use black or electrical tape and tape down the middle of the blades on "4 sides" giving light to run through on just the outer edges giving the illusion that it's a dark base blade.
