Got a dark apprentice le from a 75$ mystery box. No upgrades. On site it says this is valued under 75$ I thought it would be atleast a 75$ saber?? Cool saber though got it in yellow.

Did you get a 32" or 36" blade with it? (Those are standard with MB's I believe) -  but are an extra $10 if you were to just buy a stunt saber.   When you say got it in yellow do you mean this one? Or that you have another one in yellow?  What blade color did you get with the MB DA? I'm curious.  Smiley

I upgraded to a 32 heavy grade and this is my first saber and it's yellow. I feel like it's more of a grab bag saber tho..

I never thought as the blade as being just to determine the price. But the Apprentice does come with a 24in blade, the MBs come with a 36in blade so technically that is a $10 upgrade.

But if your saber came in SY color, that is an upgraded color, and a forum color also. So I believe that is the upgrade that really puts it over the $75 threshold.

Also a grab bag saber with a forum cookie would cost you over $75.

The yellow color is a forum color which is my point. It cost $10, so that plus the $1 fit the wrench that comes with it makes the total $75.99. So you got what they promise, worth the cost if the box or more.

Aw guess I wish I got another upgrade other then my orange colour lol. Literaly the only colour I was hopeing not to get was orange lol

Was it orange or yellow? Fire Orange is a basic colour, while Sentinel Yellow is a forum one, which is $10 extra. Could you post pics of your saber, so that we could see the difference?

nice choice, I ended up getting a stunt saber Sentinel V4 , I just upgraded the blade to heavy felt it was worth it for the extra $10 bucks
came in red, pretty awesome saber
