So, while trying to get the battery pack out of my hilt, a couple of wires snapped inside the saber. I am wondering if US will replace it and/or what the warranties are like.

Hi.  That's unfortunate.  Since this is the Forum... the only direction you must take is to contact Ultrasabers via email.  You will have to provide your purchase order # located at the top right side, details regarding how the wires became separated and finally a few clear photos that show the problem from a few angles if possible.

Expect to wait for a minimum of a few days for a response.

Hope your saber gets repaired soon.  Ultrasabers will let you know if this falls under warranty and provide further instructions related to mailing your saber back to them.  Smiley
