Hi everybody,

I opened up my raffle prize saber (emerald crimson scorpion w/V4 sound) to plug in to the emeraldand obsidian cards  and noticed that the speaker is detached from the battery pack.





Everything still works, I'm just wondering if there is an easy way to put these two pieces back together.

You need to email US about that and if you still have you warranty they will cover it.

You should definitely contact US!

If you still have sound, then the wiring connections are good.  The issue would be with how the speaker is adhered to the battery pack.

I don't know about your raffle prize, but I know that US repaired an issue with a free saber I received as part of a promotion.  They stand behind their products and craftsmanship.  Definitely email them!

I took everyone's advice and contacted US. I already heard back and it IS under warranty, so I just need to send it in.
