Hey everyone,
I'm new here and got my first saber a few months ago. The batteries went dead, installed new ones while the old ones were being recharged. However I have sound but the blade will not light up. Has anyone ever delt with this issue before and how was it fixed? Thanks
Sounds like one of the two replacement cells might be dead. Charge up the first set and see if that fixes it.
If that works, put the replacement batteries back on the charger and see if one cell finishes charging ahead of the other one. That's your dead cell, if that's the case.
