Im trying to add pictures in my post but the 'insert picture' icon does not allow me to insert anything? This is frustrating and any explanation would help thanks.

You first need to upload your picture to a image hosting site. I use http://imgur.com/, but there are lots of others. When you click on the "insert image" icon, you get the image tags. Then you just need to copy the image url between these tags. |

1. Upload the image to Photobucket (other sites will work, but I only use Photobucket and always recommend it).
2. Click on the image from your library and click "Share"
3. From there, go to "Get link code". Find the IMG code and click on it. Clicking it will copy it.
4. Paste the IMG code into your post and post it.
5. ??
6. Profit.

Right click the image and copy it's Image URL, if the picture is on the internet; facebook, photobucket; it will have an Image URL. Paste the URL and at the front add, img and then at the other add /img; enclose both of the IMG with bracket's on either end of them. Post or Preview and your desired picture is up.  Does that help. |

Yes, http://imgur.comThat was the reason I suggested it. You can upload your pictures by drag and drop. I'm just mentioning this because there is no obvious upload button. |
