I have never quite been able to capture those, but you are only inspiring me to get better. I'm starting super slow tonight for 2 reasons 1 is my arm never has the chance to heal 2 I need to find everything I'm missing I use a lot of palm spins for switching from reverse grip to standard- and a single downward finger roll to get into reverse grip( if i’m not tossing/catching a swap).
