Title: URGENT! My wires broke! Warranty questions Post by: Witchpig on February 18, 2018, 01:01:05 AM So, while trying to get the battery pack out of my hilt, a couple of wires snapped inside the saber. I am wondering if US will replace it and/or what the warranties are like.

Since this is the Forum... the only direction you must take is to contact Ultrasabers via email. You will have to provide your purchase order # located at the top right side, details regarding how the wires became separated and finally a few clear photos that show the problem from a few angles if possible.
[email protected] Expect to wait for a minimum of a few days for a response. Hope your saber gets repaired soon.
