Title: Question about Rewards

How long does it typically take after making a video review to get your rewards points? I sent them the email with the link about a week ago. I know they are busy right now. Thanks

I think it should be noted making a video isn't a guarantee for getting the reward points

From my understanding of how it's worded, perhaps I read too much into the word 'qualifying'

From my understanding of how it's worded, perhaps I read too much into the word 'qualifying'
By "qualifying" I assume they see if it's a real review and give you the points.

So my point still stands, making a video doesn't guarantee a reward lol

Maybe thats the case but it still says they would respond and let you know if it qualifies or not. I haven't received any response.

Forgive me for this, but I'd rather they build sabers and get caught up with the backlog than watch YouTube videos.

Be patient, they will get to it, but video reviews (in general, not yours specifically), are probably fairly low on their priority list at the moment.
