Title: Order question Post by: Darth_Solidus on January 16, 2016, 09:35:19 PM So, I accessed my US account to check the status of my order and it said I had no orders pending, but I have a conformation email saying my order went through. Is it too early in the fabrication process for my order to show up or is this a genuine error? Any help would be appreciated!

We would just be guessing based on some previous experience. Please provide as much info as you can to them. Contact at [email protected] . I did it through paypal and somewhere something went wrong but i re ordered it and now it says status READY TO SHIP

I was contacted by Corey from Ultra Sabers and he said my account never went through when I made my order so using my email address, he tracked down my order and fixed my account. I can finally see the status of my order! I'm already impressed by the customer service here and am even more excited for my saber!!
