I'm frustrated because my Menace emitter doesn't fit properly on my Manticore. The overlay doesn't fit snug enough to hold its place. The overlay doesn't fit snug enough to hold its place. It's likely not with this Manticore either, which is why the hilt is facing down to keep the grill in place. The only hilt I own that has the proper width at the emitter threads to hold the grill besides the Menace, is the Flamberge. With the Menace Emitter, if you mess around with how screwed in the 3 retention screws are, you can make them protrude a little bit from the emitter so it can hold the grill as well as holding the blade securely. I wouldn't recommend heavy or medium dueling with it, but light dueling and spinning should be just fine. I've put a Dark Menace Emitter on my Consular and it stays using this method--I used it for spinning for 1+ month and the retention screws held just fine.
