Title: The "Conlordian"
Post by: SpookyKid1134 on February 28, 2015, 09:09:06 AM
I've been on the hunt to build the ultimate Sith saber that would be to my taste and my personality... I started with a Consular stunt saber which was far more pleasing than i expected. But i wanted to give it some spice and some pop and some Bam!... so after spending a good month looking at parts, emitters, and pommels i came up with this...

The "Conlordian" (lol)
Made from a Consular hilt, a Overlord Emitter, and using a Guardian Pommel's neck giving it an extremely comfortable choke-point and the actual Pommel at the base end. It also has an Ultraedge Mid-grade blade in Blazing Red

(Of course i need to show off the Overlord Emitter!)

As far as ive looked in to it all, using the Guardian Pommel for a neck piece really does a ton! i had the Consular with just the Overlord emitter for awhile but it just wasnt really stable or comfortable in my hand as i gripped it and twirled it. I really wish US would sell Neck pieces or at lest offer the neck of the Guardian Pommel for this reason and option. Plus i love the 2nd piece of the pommel as an actual pommel without a neck. It's way more sinister to my eyes for some reason.

This saber is seriously all ive been about this last week. Since i was a kid i would dream to claim my "own" saber thats mine and not a movie replica or such. Now that has finally came true thanks to US and its amazing saberforum! I will not be changing or swapping anything on this saber whatsoever because of how happy i am with it. MAYBE i just may own a 2nd one just like it for duel handed or as a dual-bladed.

I honestly wouldnt be surprised if someone else in the world of Saberforum has built this exact saber... but its the 1st time ive seen it at lest. I couldnt be any happier! This will actually get 5x more use then my Bellicose with sound...

Thank you for checking it out!!
And dont forget.. to give in to your Anger...

Ah I see another Consular owner not abiding by the rules of canon! I love my Consular in Blazing Red, and you've customized yours quite well indeed.

My customization was a little more simple than yours, I just removed the shroud and swapped the pommel for the Raven plain pommel. I could not part with that awesome emitter, and the grip is amazing without the shroud.

Great job, and a dark side point for you!

Very nice. Though I'd more like the blade screw to be in the back like most sabers or stock Overlord saber. There is a piece from the other guys you can get to align that though if you wanted. Looks cool though =]

Wow! that is a very very Sithy saber. Dark point for you. Just a suggestion, if you can part with it for a few days you could send it in for sound.

Surprised I didn't see this thread before now, but that's a pretty awesome combination of parts.

Very nice!  Love the versatility of the MHS hilts.
