Awesome. Thanks so much to you, and everyone else who goes on the panel and helps out as well. It means a lot, and helps tons to understand the 7 forms and lightsaber combat in general.

Quick question. I cant find exactly what times you guys air. I'm in maryland so an EST would be great.

EDIT: I looked back at your first Live video and saw its was for 6pm EST (Yo guys are in NY so that makes it easy) so I'm guessing its the same time every Friday? I'm glad I found out in time to catch a live show.

Another Quick questions, after you teach about all the forms, will you continue to teach us? Or will your objective be complete?

That's for the info and the correction, its good to know. I'll definitely be tuning in. I lived in Baltimore my entire Life, first in an area called Oella close to Ellicott City (which is howard county not baltimore) on the line of baltimore county. Then mostly Catonsville (suburb of baltimore county as you probably know). I lived in the city for a summer or two. Currently I live 45 mins away in Joppa, MD, but I return to Catonsville every weekend. that's awesome, are you anywhere close now may I ask? Your art is fantastic, btw.

I expect we'll never really finish teaching all the forms. We may reach a point where we have completed a video library of teaching material but there's always going to be room for refinement, questions & answers and new developments.

There's a costumed choreography saber club meeting up near Sykesville MD now, if that interests you. I haven't added it to my list of clubs yet, but it will be in the next edit. (You can of course always also visit the Harrisburg, PA or Philadelphia, PA clubs as well.) PM me for more info. ;)

I'm dogsitting for my sister so I won't even have a computer later today.  :(  I'll be watching Monday hopefully.  I'm especially interested in the specific goals of a Dulon and the ideas behind their Trajectories.

Sadly I doubt I'll ever watch a TPLA Live, live.  I usually have errands to run from 3-6 PST (6-9 Eastern)

The segment on motor learning and consolidation was really fun to listen to. I don't think most martial arts instructors get into this depth of explanation from a scientific basis, so this was a treat. Although, just like many other terms in the English language, "muscle memory" isn't very precise in its meaning, but it's used so commonly that it's a shortcut term that people seem to immediately get what you mean.


Thanks! Oh yeah Joppa, that's right by the US Army base right? I used to stop by the Waffle House near Abingdon every time I was going north to PA to see family. Unfortunately I moved away from Baltimore (almost) 2 years ago to Ohio for school...but if things go my way I may be back in the area in a few years.

That latest video for Juyo is amazing. I cant wait for more. Would a video for Vaapad be different, considering is mostly Juyo with a Jedi Mace Windu's philosophy?
